Gift Aid Manager Demonstration

Gift Aid Manager runs in Microsoft Access® 2010 or higher. In you already have this installed on you PC you just need to download the demonstration database file, see below.

If you don't already have Microsoft Access® installed you can download the runtime edition of Microsoft Access® from Microsoft's website, click on the Access 2016, 2013 or 2010 link below (depending on your Windows version).

Approximate download time 5 minutes with a broadband connection.

Click the Download button and follow the instructions on screen, then return here to download the demonstration database file.

 

Microsoft Access 2016 runtime edition

(requires Windows 7 or 8 or 10)

Select the 64-bit version (AccessRuntime_4288-1001_en-us.exe).

 

Microsoft Access 2013 runtime edition

(requires Windows 7 or 8)

Select the 64-bit version (AccessRuntime_x64_en-us.exe).

 

Microsoft Access 2010 runtime edition

(requires Windows XP service pack 3 or Windows 7 or 8)

Select the 32-bit version (AccessRuntime.exe) unless you have a 64-bit operating system,

in which case you can select the 32-bit or 64-bit version.

To check, click Start, right-click on Computer then select Properties, if the System Type

does not say 64-bit then your PC is 32-bit.

Instructions

1. Click the link above and save the file to a folder on your PC, such as Documents, then click OK.

2. To run the program double click on the GAMv5.3Demo.accdb file that you downloaded.

3. If the Security Warning bar is displayed, click Enable Content.

Note

You can create a desktop shortcut by right clicking on the GAMv5.3Demo.accdb file in Windows Explorer, then clicking Send to, Desktop (create shortcut).
